Description:

Tri-state was contracted and engaged during the design process for a 32,880 square foot warehouse building utilizing PEMB structural steel and components. The wall system is a one hour fire rated 6-inches thick ThermalSafe mineral wool core insulated sandwich panels to meet fire rating requirements and energy code compliance. The roof is a standing seam metal roof panel system with R-38 simple saver type insulation system to comply with the Illinois Energy Code. Several large overhead doors were installed for easy access by heavy equipment and the office area has a 53-foot long cantilevered Mapes Canopy.
