Title: Nowell Park Recreation Center

Description:

The Nowell Park Recreation Center is a 45,000 square foot community recreational facility with a basketball court, baseball batting cages, a running track, a fitness facility, various rooms for classes, and a daycare. The PEMB building was designed to support the dynamic loading of the basketball equipment with an insulated metal wall system and a standing seam insulated metal roof system to meet the Illinois Energy Code. The building steel also supports a glass viewing gallery for basketball spectators.
