President of Tristate Enterprises, Inc. since 1985. Responsible for financial, operational, and functional control of company day-to-day operations. In charge of all Engineering design and drawings, cost estimates and construction management activities. Eleven years with Durkee Foods Div. of Van den Berg Foods as an Engineering Manager. Responsible for Project/Process Management of all major design and construction of multi-million dollar Capital Projects (new product/process expansion, packaging, equipment, & buildings), plus control of the Capital Budget, Long Range Planning, Capital Expenditure, and Division Environmental Policy. Visited design Engineering firms and construction sites to inspect work and monitor the progress.
Six years with Sherwin Williams Co. as Project Engineer. Managing and coordinating all phases of major capital and plant projects from inception through final construction. Project responsibilities included preparing conceptual studies, preliminary design, and layouts; estimated project costs; preparing engineering alternatives; coordinating final design with various engineering disciplines. Field responsibilities included negotiating and administrating construction contracts; inspecting construction work and equipment; approving Vendor's drawings & Specifications; controlling construction cost and schedule, and administrating project startups.

Mansoor Doriwala
Vice President
Mansoor has contributed to Tri-state Enterprises, Inc.'s success for more than twenty years. He started out hauling scrap during high school summers to advancing his project coordination skills through College. He has worn a number of different hats over the years, which has provided him with a unique understanding of the entire business end-to-end.
He joined the Tri-state Enterprises, Inc. Management Team in 2006 as a Project Manager and has since worked his way up the ladder to his current position as Vice President. Today, his responsibilities include: project acquisitions and estimating, developing project budgets and schedules, managing project costs and timelines, providing office support for current construction projects, and providing solutions for field related problems. And if you have any question, he's the guy who can answer it.
