Description:

The 2FM Chicago project consists of a 132,000 square foot Wentworth Vehicle Maintenance Building and a 30,600 square foot Neenah Vehicle Maintenance Building. The project included designing and fabricating a pre-engineered metal building structure to meet the City of Chicago and Illinois Energy Codes. It consists of primary and secondary steel structures with 3-inches thick insulated metal wall panels for the Wentworth location, and metal wall panels with Simple Saver wall insulation at the Neenah location. Both buildings were installed with a standing seam metal roof system with R-25 batt insulation, and both were designed to support interior overhead fall protection systems, interior underhung crane systems, and interior hung HVAC units.
