Description:

The project consists of a 9,000 square foot addition to an existing maintenance facility at Gael Drive, and a 12,000 square foot new maintenance facility at Arbiter Road. A PEMB building for the Gael facility was designed with a mezzanine floor, a top running crane, a jib crane, an air/lube system, and employee locker rooms. The project also included an employee parking lot extension at Gael Drive. The Arbiter facility was a PEMB building also designed to have a top running crane, a jib crane, an air/lube system, employee locker rooms, and administrative offices. The Arbiter facility also included site development with a water detention system and a new employee parking lot.
