He is a registered professional engineer in the states of Illinois, Ohio, New Jersey, Indiana and California. He has worked in the construction field for over 20 years starting as a project engineer. Before starting his own business, Bakir was an engineering manager for a Fortune 500 company.
John R. Keigher is a graduate of Bishop McNamara High School, Kankakee, Illinois and Joliet Junior College, Joliet, Illinois. He graduated from Lewis University in Lockport, Illinois. John has worked for Fortune 50 companies over the past 24 years in the construction field before joining Tri-State Enterprises. He is a recipient of U.S. Patent $4,001,114 on Waste Water Treatment Process. He is also the co-author of various waste treatment related articles. John holds an Illinois EPA Industrial Operator License.
Mansoor Doriwala is an engineer with a B.S. from The University of Illinois at Chicago. He is currently pursuing his professional engineering accreditation in the state of Illinois. Mansoor has been employed with Tri-state Enterprises for the past five years and has been a full time employee since 2006. Mansoor's main responsibility is chief estimator and he also provides project management and field support.
Alberto F. Laya is a graduate of Manuel L. Quezon University, Manila, and hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. He has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years with companies such as Sargent & Lundy Co., Flour Daniel Corp., and Tri-State Enterprises, Inc. He has received formal training in HAZCOMP and AutoCAD for construction industries.
Nayan Awale is a Civil Engineer with a B.S. from University of Pune, India and holds a M.S. from Bradley University. He joined Tri-state Enterprises in 2001 as a Project Engineer. His fields of expertise are Construction Management and Project Engineering Support.
Austin Brinkman is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a B.S. in Construction Management. Austin joined Tri-state Enterprises in 2007 as a field superintendent with an emphasis on construction and safety coordination. Austin's main responsibilities include managing and coordination of project construction activities, project specific safety coordination, supervision of sub-contractor work, and project cost and schedule management.
